Animal cruelty in China

I'm saddened after watching the following video below. This is really cruelty to animals. I don't know what are the chinese wording says but I know this should not have happened. The dogs and cats are so cute and adorable. Why can't the Chinese government do something about animal cruelty? Dogs and cats are killed for their fur. It seem that these fur are exported to the USA. If you are from US, can you please check if it is real that these fur coat are sold at J.crew. Stop buying these fur coat and save the animal!!!!
